These heavy hand forged reproduction andirons are made the same way they have been made for centuries.
The steel is heated red hot and shaped between hammer and anvil by skilled craftsmen.

We can make custom firescreens and grills to fit your fireplace and decor.
Custom firescreens can be made to fit arched or corner fireplaces as well as stonework.

We make hand forged fire tools and kitchen utensils.
Like all our other pieces these can be classic reproductions, custom designed or made to your specifications.
We can reproduce almost any style of hardware.

Fireplace cranes can be made in many styles to fit your fireplace.
If your fireplace is not yet built:
Order the crane you desire and ask up to ship the pintles that go around the brick.
When the pintles are received and bricked in, send us the distance between the pintles (usually 20 to 25") and the width of the fireplace, so we can properly dimension your crane.
If your fireplace is already built we will send you pintles to be driven into the brick or mortal when the crane is shipped.
Length of the crane is usually 3/4 the fireplace width.

Dutch Oven Doors
We can make steel doors for cooking ovens, ash clean outs and to cover unneeded flue openings.

We have no “Off the shelf” forgings.
They are hand made one at a time the way blacksmiths have done for millinia.
All forged hardware is created to meet your individual needs.
No two forgings are alike and each piece has its own character.
If you would like us to reproduce an item you already have, it is best to send us that item.
It is difficult to match quality and workmanship from a simple sketch.
We create hardware in ‘mild steel’, as wrought iron is not available.
We also forge Brass and copper if suitable and cast brass hardware.
