The Suffolk Thumb Latch TL-10 is a variation on a heart.   We call it a fluer de heart because of its integration of both heart and fluer de lis.   Others might call this an acorn though.   With its extra wide grip it is easy to do this one very large in comparison to other suffolk handles.

As part of a larger set their are Norfolk handles, strap hinges and slide bolts that match this design.
